Teachers maintain per-student notes on weak topics, and set two or three specific targets after each cumulative test rather than a general instruction to work harder.

Doubt clarification
Subject teachers remain on campus through the day and hold a dedicated doubt hour, with a per-batch doubt register that triggers re-teaching when a topic recurs.

Every student is assigned a faculty mentor who follows academic progress, attendance and wellbeing, and who is the family's first point of contact.
